248 pages. Hand bound, covered in soft leather. The brand new book is very large and heavy, weighing almost 40 pounds. When opened the book is 2 feet by 5 feet, when closed 2 feet by 2.5 feet. GOLF: A Tribute was published by a specialty publisher in Belgium: Booksinsipred and contains photographs from 26 of the top courses in Europe. Kurt Deruyter, a specialized large-format photographer took pictures of the courses that capture their overall atmosphere and beauty. The text is written by David and Patricia Davies. The size and quality of the pictures allow you to feel as if you are on the course. The book is printed on 200 grade Job Art Parilux print paper, which is very high quality. This edition of the book is known as the Art Edition.

The book is limited to 1,000 copies and is signed by Kurt Deruyter and Seve Ballesteros.

The courses featured in the book include The Old Course at St. Andrews, Muirfield, Loch Lomond, Turnberry, Valderrama, Royal County Down, Royal Birkdale, Wentworth, Royal Lytham & St. Annes, Golf de Chantilly, Royal Zoute, the K Club, Les Bordes, de Noordwijkse Golf Club   and Ballybunion. The book had a publishers price and sold for $5,500 when it was issued in 2005.
